As you go down into the water in a safe cage, you can feel your heart beating fast. The water is full of life, from Southern Right whales blowing water out of their blowholes to cute African Penguins and loads of Common Dolphins looking for fish to eat.
But the real stars are the sharks. They’re amazing creatures that are perfectly made for living in the water, and seeing them up close is cool.

The bone shaker truck, or ‘Tsolorle’ as it’s called locally, shows how creative and tough the people of Ghana are. These wooden trucks were used all over the country as a cheap way for people to get around, especially to far-off places and villages.
They were even used by high schools in the 1950s and ’80s. Riding in a bone shaker truck is a super unique experience. The ride is bumpy, which is why they’re called bone shakers.

As someone who’s been on lots of adventures, I can share some tips. The first one is to pay attention to the safety instructions before you start. Quad biking is a lot of fun, but it’s important to know how to handle the bike properly.
Second, wear comfortable clothing and don’t forget your sunscreen. The sun can be quite harsh in the dunes. And most importantly, don’t be afraid to get a little sand in your shoes. It’s all part of the fun.
