Depart early in the morning for the Mount Afadjato hike, the highest point in Ghana at 885 meters (2,904 feet) above sea level. Embark on a guided trek through the lush rainforest and scenic landscapes, taking in the fresh mountain air and stunning vistas. Reach the summit of Mount Afadjato and soak in the panoramic views of the surrounding Volta Region and beyond. Enjoy a picnic lunch at the summit or a designated rest area, savoring the accomplishment of conquering Ghana’s highest peak. After descending from Mount Afadjato, proceed to the Tafi Atome Monkey Sanctuary, a sacred grove and home to the revered Mona monkeys. Depart for the Wli Waterfalls, one of the highest waterfalls in West Africa, cascading down a staggering height of over 60 meters.
