How to Manage Your Account and Profile on Gold Coast XP

Your Gold Coast XP account allows you to update your personal information, manage bookings, communicate with hosts, and more in one convenient place. Follow these tips to get the most out of your profile.

Overview

In your Gold Coast XP account, you can:

  • Edit your account details and public profile
  • Manage upcoming and past bookings
  • Communicate with hosts before, during, and after experiences
  • Get 24/7 customer support if issues arise

Updating Account Details

For Customers

To update your profile as a customer:

  1. Log into Gold Coast XP
  2. Go to your dashboard and click “Update Profile
  3. In the Account Details section, enter your legal first and last name and phone number. These are for internal use only.
  4. In the Profile Details section, choose a display name, write a bio, add a tagline, and upload a profile picture. These will be public. Use a clear photo of just yourself.
  5. Click “Save changes” when finished to update your profile.

For Hosts

To update your profile as a host:

  1. Log into Gold Coast XP
  2. Go to your dashboard and click “Update Profile.”
  3. In Account Details, enter your legal name and phone number. These are for internal use.
  4. In Profile Details, choose a display name, write a bio, add a tagline, and upload a profile picture. These will be public. Use a clear photo of just yourself.
  5. In Offerings & Operation, indicate if you’re a registered business, if you work solo or as a team, list your offerings, note any professional qualifications, and add your profession. This helps us customize your tools and profile.
  6. In Service Regions, select the primary city where you offer services. This connects you with local guests.
  7. Click “Save changes” when finished to update your profile.
