Reiki (Energy) Healing Circle

Sista Adwoa, your Certified Reiki Healer will host a healing circle for your group. This is a circle style seating where each participant goes deep into emotional and spiritual healing of the body mind and soul. Here’s a little bit about Reiki: Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki is an energy healing treatment that works holistically; on the whole body, mind and spirit. Reiki (pronounced Ray-Kee) is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki is simply a relaxing treatment whereas natural healing vibrations are transmitted through the hands of a Reiki practitioner (acting as a conduit) to the body of the recipient.
