We’ve spread this adventure over two days to give you plenty of time to soak it all in. And if you feel like a swim, don’t forget to bring your swim gear! There’s a beautiful pool waiting for you under the waterfall.

Itinerary
Day 1 Accra Departure, Tafi Atome Monkey Sanctuary, and Camping at Wli Waterfalls
6:00 AM: The journey begins from Accra. As we drive through the serene Ghanaian countryside, the city’s hustle and bustle starts to fade into the background.
10:00 AM: We make our first stop at the charming Tafi Atome Monkey Sanctuary, where you’ll enjoy interacting with friendly monkeys in their natural habitat.
11:00 AM: Following our visit to the monkey sanctuary, we move on to the local cultural village. Get a taste of regional customs, traditions, and local cuisine, enriching your understanding of the Volta Region.
12:00 pm: We then make our way to the majestic Wli Waterfalls, where you’ll be awestruck by the sight of Ghana’s tallest waterfall, set against a lush, green backdrop.
3:00 PM: As the sun sets, we ascend to the Wli Upper Falls. Here, we’ll set up camp for the night under the stars, accompanied by the soothing soundtrack of the cascading waterfall.
Day 2 Exploration of Wli Waterfalls and Return to Accra
6:00 AM: Wake up to a breathtaking sunrise over the waterfalls. Enjoy breakfast amidst the tranquility of nature before setting off to further explore the waterfall and its surroundings.
11:00 AM: After a morning of exploration, relax and refuel with lunch, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Wli Waterfalls.
Late Afternoon: Post lunch, we commence our journey back to Accra, taking a scenic drive across Lake Volta via the beautiful Adome Bridge.
Evening: We arrive back in Accra, marking the end of your unforgettable “Wli Experience.”

The Wli Experience” is a two-day tour. We begin on Day 1 with an early morning departure from Accra at 6:00 AM and return to Accra on the evening of Day 2.
What should I bring with me?
We recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes, swimwear if you’d like to take a dip at the waterfall, a camera to capture memories, and any personal necessities you may require for the two-day tour.
Are meals provided during the tour?
Yes, lunch is provided on both days of the tour.
Where will we camp on the first night?
We will camp at the Wli Upper Falls, providing a truly unique overnight experience surrounded by the natural beauty of the waterfall.
